Megumi is a little clown! She loves everyone and will welcome you by grabbing your arm and trying to show you around. In training, she has a really strong food drive making her perfect to show some new things even though she rarely thinks before acting! Even with this intensity, she is a really sweet and affectionate dog. She has a good off-switch and rarely gets into trouble. She is really good communicating with other dogs and that makes her the perfect auntie for the puppies!

Retirement
Megumi was retired from our program in March of 2024 after developing an auto-immune disorder. Megumi was never bred. These problems couldn't have been seen by her original breeder as no issues like this are known in the line. Since we didn't know the nature of the issue and if they were hereditary or not, the decision was taken to spay her. Megumi is still living with us to this day as a professional auntie to teach puppies her good canine language.
You might see her sometimes tagging along with us! She still participate in her favourite sports like Barn Hunt and Sprinter but we don't have any concrete objectives with her other than enjoying life!
